1. Prohibited Items & Services

OfferAds Online prohibits the listing of certain items and services, including but not limited to:

• Illegal substances, narcotics, or controlled drugs.
• Weapons, explosives, and ammunition.
• Alcohol, tobacco, and related products.
• Animals, wildlife, or endangered species.
• Stolen, counterfeit, or pirated goods.
• Services that promote violence, hate speech, or illegal acts.
• Adult content or sexually explicit material.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes.

2. Accuracy of Information

All listings must contain accurate and truthful information:

• Deal prices, discounts, and coupon codes must be valid and current.
• Expiration dates must be clearly stated where applicable.
• Product or service descriptions must accurately represent the offer.
• Original images are preferred. Stock images or third-party images without permission are not allowed.
• Misleading titles, clickbait, or exaggerated claims are prohibited.

3. Content Standards

All listings must adhere to the following content standards:

• Written in clear, professional language (English or supported regional languages).
• Free from spam, excessive capitalization, or keyword stuffing.
• Must not contain personal contact information in deal descriptions (use the designated contact fields).
• Must not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

4. Listing Review Process

All new listings and significant modifications go through our review process:

• We aim to review and approve or reject listings within 2-4 hours during business days.
• Listings that violate this policy will be rejected with a reason provided.
• Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

5. Verified Listings

Listings marked as "Verified" have been manually checked by OMLVS staff for accuracy and legitimacy. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of the product or service. We reserve the right to remove or revoke verification at any time.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing that violates this policy, please report it by contacting us at support@offerads.online. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including removal of violating listings and suspension of offending accounts.

7. Enforcement

OMLVS Private Limited reserves the right to:

• Remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards or violates this policy.
• Suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate this policy.
• Modify this Listing Policy at any time with changes effective upon posting.

8. Governing Law

This Listing Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
