6. Rider Program (Hero Return)

Our Rider Program enables delivery partners to earn on "Zero Dead KM". Participation in this program is subject to separate Rider Agreement terms. The EV Program for free electric scooters is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by OMLVS Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event will OMLVS Private Limited, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website.
